About this policy

This policy covers the Oralens Healthcare website (oralens.com) operated by Oralens Healthcare Private Limited (“Oralens”, “we”, “us”). It does not cover any other website, app or service.

The website itself does not ask you to create an account. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, organisation, phone number or email address and message. If the website enquiry form is enabled, it collects your name, organisation, role (optional), email, phone (optional), partnership interest and message. Please do not send health records, screening records, student information or images through any of these routes.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address.
